Initiating calls to potential customers from a list of provided leads including: existing customers targeted for cross/up sell, prior customers and/or potential new customers

Monitoring sales achievement from dashboards.

Escalating problems/complaints to relevant departments.

Collecting and validating customer databases.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Telesales or similar field

Proven experience as Telesales Representative or other Sales/Customer Service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
