Position : Programmer

Office hour : 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (Remote)

Probation : 3 months
- Work with others to build new product features from start to finish: through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance.
- Help improve performance and reliability, or polish existing features
- Build internal tools to support simplicity and productivity for the whole team.
- Identify, evaluate & define improvements to the existing infrastructure and product
- Work with data scientists to define and capture data for A/B testing, business insights, and product features
- Can decompose tricky problems and work towards a clean solution, by yourself for with teammates
- Comfortable asking for help when you get stuck. Shipping quality user interfaces
- You are required to attend online meeting every day at 9am to explain your plan tasks on that day and 5pm for wrap-up and report your daily task.

**Criteria**
- Experience around 3 to 5 years in Programming
- Able to handle work stress / Time management
- Discipline, Team Work, Proactive, Problem Solver, independent, Responsibility.
- Initiative & self-motivate, honest & accountability
- Results - Meet JD, Job Scope, SOP, criteria, OKR and Dateline
