Responsible for specific area for cloud kitchen especially in administration issue (DSR, weekly and monthly Inventory, Cash count)
- Supervised staffs grooming and maintaining Floor plan
- Responsible to maintain product quality and customer service satisfaction
- Should be able to open and close the restaurant, manage all service Staff, track food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies, create daily manning.
- Placed at Bali.
- Experienced as Outlet Leader min. 2 years in Casual Dining Resto or Cloud Kitchen Concept
- Key Knowledge of restaurant services within 7 days operations
- Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude. Cooperation and effective communication
- Able to work in shift system and mobile
- Have carried out Covid-19 vaccination (Complete Doses)
