**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overall finance activities within the company including budgeting, reporting, tax, accounting, and projection
- Analyzing company's financial results and issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management.
- Providing strategic guidance on capital financing options to support company growth needs.
- Providing support in financial planning and results management. Work with other Business Unit to understand revenue and cost drivers
- Coordinating, preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Liaising with big 4 auditors to deliver timely audited reports

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Head of Finance or a similar position at least for 7 years
- Solid understanding of financial management and accounting.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Effective leadership qualities, managing at least 40 team members.
- Ability to work in fast pace and dynamics environment
