As an Officer in the Development Program specializing in Funding & Investment Products, you will be responsible for supporting the development, management, and promotion of various financial products related to funding and investments. You will work closely with senior team members to learn and execute strategies that drive the growth and success of these products. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry and contribute to the organization's overall mission.

**Responsibilities**:
identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences related to funding and investment products.

Assist in performing financial analysis, including revenue projections, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessment, to evaluate the feasibility and profitability

Work closely with the marketing team to create marketing collaterals, presentations, and campaigns to promote funding and investment products to target audiences.

Ensure all funding and investment products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, participating in compliance reviews and audits as needed.

Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in funding and investment products, financial markets, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred) with Minimum GPA 3.00

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and perform quantitative analysis.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in work.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Prior internship or work experience in finance, banking, or investment management is a plus.

Familiarity with financial modeling, investment valuation techniques, and regulatory compliance frameworks is desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
