Secondary Economic

Develop and deliver comprehensive lessons in economics and business that align with

curriculum standards and objectives.
- Engage students in critical analysis of economic principles, theories, and real-world
- Foster an understanding of basic business concepts, entrepreneurship, financial

literacy, and ethical business practices.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and instructional materials to cater to diverse

learning needs.
- Facilitate class discussions, case studies, and simulations to enhance understanding

and critical thinking skills.
- Guide students in conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting findings related

to economic and business topics.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree

preferred).
- Have a year of experience teaching Economics and Business in the International

curriculum.
- Teaching certification or licensure in Economics or Business Education.
- Previous experience teaching economics and/or business to secondary students.
- Strong knowledge of economic principles, business concepts, and global economic

trends.
- Familiarity with relevant technology tools and resources for teaching economics and

business.
