**Position Overview**

RecruitGo is in search of a Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and executing a social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include developing content, managing platforms, analyzing metrics, and hosting Singapore clients visiting Jakarta. The role also entails drafting proposals, meeting minutes, and handling ad hoc tasks.

Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who possesses strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, creativity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for staying updated on social media trends is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content tailored to each platform, including but not limited to posts, stories, videos, and polls.
- Manage day-to-day activities on all social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends.
- Analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize content and drive continuous improvement.
- Hosting of our Singapore clients when they visit Jakarta.
- Able to draft out proposals and jot off meeting minutes.
- Not limited to ad-hoc tasks given.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Profound in English
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and technologies.
- **Additional Qualifications (preferred)**:_
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
- Graphic design and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies.
- Previous experience working in a multicultural or global team environment.
