Manage human resources and general affairs function in construction company
- Developes and implements compensation strategies and structure that align with company goals and ensured the provision of cost effecvie benefits plan
- Plans, developes, implements and administers programs, procedures and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and leads the implementation of performance management system
- Provide general supporting activities such as office inventory, company legal documents, permits, ofice regulations and cleanliness
- Formulate and recomends human resources policies and practices that will establish positive employer relationship
**Skills / Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position,
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Have good communication skills
- Passionate to work with people
- Dynamic, strong, honest, intregity and interest with HR role
- Experience on construction company for industrial, mining, oil, gas, solar and wind projects preferred.
- Ability to set up and manage HRGA systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholders management to liaise and bridge the gap between senior management and employees.
- Strategic thinking to be able to align and represent business objectives into people agenda.
