- Support user activities in the IT field
- Complete reports based on SOPs
- Analyze recurring problems
- Learn new technologies/tools applied by the company
- Ensure equipment inventory is maintained

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in IT operations or support
- Willing to be placed in **Bitung, Tangerang**
