Ecommerce Specialist

BikerZ are the leading Motorcycle Apparel and Touring Accesories Company around Indonesia with offline Stores in Jakarta, Bali, and Labuan Bajo. For our online Stores like Tokopedia; Shopee; and our Webshop bikerz.id, we looking for a Specialist Sales E-commerce to support our young dynamic Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the day-to-day handling of our online Market places. Manage daily operational activities for e-commerce accounts such as arranging promosi, updating stocks, uploading new products, and others.
- Design flyers and drafts of sales promotion on our marketplaces.
- Develop a marketing strategy to increase sales in all our marketplaces
- Create a weekly report of your marketing activities and sales successes
- Handle all inquiries from customers with good manners
- Support our team in warehouse, update stock and prices
- Always practice compassion and build good relationship with the customers

Requirements:

- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent English written and spoken
- 2 years Experience in Social Media and e-commerce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong analytical and critical thinking skill.
- Skill to work with Canvas, Photoshop to design the templates.
- Excellent copywriting skill is a plus
- Passion about motorbike is a plus
- based in Bali or Jakarta (Selatan)
