**Requirement**
- Male, Bachelor's degree in any major
- Experience: 5 - 7 Years as Business Development, Media sales, programmatic, digital and or mobile advertising. Prior experience in customer markets
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Have a strong relationship with clients, ad agency especially digital, direct brand and apps developer
- Fun personality and growth mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Sidoarjo Domicilied priferred
- Formulate corporate strategy that supports business growth, sustainability and capability enhancement.
- Initiate and develop business development strategy and business planning
- Review and analyze market trends
- Leading project management to ensure the overall success of strategic initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for the project such as projection, workflow, and customer journeys
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
