Promouvoir l’image de la marque tant à la propriété qu’à l’extérieur de celle-ci. Utiliser des techniques de vente qui maximisent les recettes tout en maintenant la fidélité des clients existants envers Marriott. Reconnaître les occasions de vendre aux clients des services plus haute de gamme et des améliorations afin de créer une expérience Marriott ou un événement meilleurs. Encourager les clients ou les interlocuteurs à acheter un forfait ou à réserver une visite de vente. Expliquer les détails et les exigences pour assister à une présentation de vente aux propriétaires potentiels. Vérifier que les personnes répondent aux exigences d’admissibilité pour les forfaits et les visites de vente avant de planifier la visite d’une propriété au Marriott Vacation Club. Déterminer et donner les cadeaux aux clients afin de les remercier de leur clientèle (p. ex., des points de récompense, des billets de spectacle). Répondre aux questions des clients au sujet des installations et des services de la propriété. Recevoir, enregistrer et transmettre des messages précis complets et lisibles. Suivre toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel; protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et saluer tous les clients selon les normes de l’entreprise; anticiper et traiter les besoins de service des clients; remercier les clients en leur témoignant une véritable reconnaissance. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication; préparer et réviser des documents écrits de manière précise et complète; répondre au téléphone en utilisant l’étiquette appropriée. Développer et maintenir des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Se conformer aux attentes et aux normes d’assurance qualité. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 10 livres (4,5 kg) sans assistance. S’acquitter d’autres tâches raisonnables, à la demande des superviseurs.
