Summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Stewarding Manager is responsible for managing the Stewarding Section as an efficient, and productive cost center, by maintaining an organized and clean back-of-house area in Food and Beverage and by providing all kitchens, outlets, and banquets with clean operating equipment, based on expected business levels.
**Qualifications**:
- Food Safety Management System or sound knowledge of HACCP or ISO.
- 2 years of hotel/kitchen management experience.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
