Plans, coordinates, supervises, and evaluates activities and the work of assigned staff
- Oversee the order/purchase of materials, supplies, and technical equipment from vendors to buyers.
- Evaluate, select, and establish relationships with vendors, and negotiate contracts for goods and services
- Approve purchases and track their progress to make sure orders are filled and delivered correctly
- Review purchase orders for accuracy and to make sure the best prices are obtained

Provide periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls, and processes
- Participates in the development and implementation of goals, policies, and priorities for procurement activities and operations
- Supervising the inside transfer of products and commodities and ensuring that this is done in agreement with the rules, regulations, and policies of the government system authorities.
- Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports
- Collaborate with the inventory planning team and freight forwarders and

administer appropriate rnovement of all goods and supervise all freight flow and ensure clearance and delivery of all import goods
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years of Leading.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to a new culture and environment effectively.
- Good command with MS. Excel
- Exquisite in MANDARIN And ENGLISH.
