**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for managing Telesales Agent activity
- Giving motivation, advice and coaching n counseling session towards Telesales Agent in achieving targets
- Make recommendations for Telesales system improvements
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare & analyze sales data & reports for monthly review.
**Qualification**:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience as Telesales/Telemarketing Supervisor (preferably from outsourcing / contact center industry)
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team (agent & TL).
- Intermediate or higher skill of Ms.Excel / Google Spreadsheet is a must.
Pay: Rp8,000,000 - Rp8,400,000 per month
