Supervisor Klinik

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Supervisor at PT. Calysta Prima Estetik I Calysta Skin Clinic located in Tangerang. The Clinic Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing medical records management, and executing healthcare management tasks.
- Responsible for the clinic’s operation in providing services effectively and efficiently
- Coordinate with the HO team
- Ensuring monthly reporting of Front Liner, Inventory and Therapist runs well
- Supervise the suitability of cash and product stock with the reports
- Control and supervise clinic assets and clinic equipment
- Maximize marketing activities in order to increase clinic targets
- Supervise and control team performance

**Qualifications**
- Supervisory skills and experience managing staff
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred
- Customer oriented skills and experience handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Knowledge of medicine and healthcare management
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the skincare or aesthetic industry is a plus
- Able to work with targets
