IT Support

A dynamic and fast growing property investment and finance group based in Bali is looking for a highly experienced IT Support to join their team immediately.

As the IT Support, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in IT by providing technical support to the business across hardware, software, and network issues.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications (optional but preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+., Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or other relevant IT certifications.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in property management or a related industry.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively communicate with international teams, vendors, and clients.
- Ability to explain technical issues in clear, non-technical terms to English-speaking staff and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Team player with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, and other hardware.
- Basic knowledge of networking devices like routers, switches, and access
- points.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, MacOS, and mobile platforms).
- Knowledge of property management software and the ability to quickly learn them.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Setup and troubleshooting of local area networks (LANs), Wi-Fi networks, and internet connectivity.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity measures and protocols.
- Experience with working on helpdesk systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Servicedesk) for ticket management.
- Remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Manage IT inventory, including hardware procurement and maintenance.
- Set up workstations for new employees and maintain IT infrastructure.
- Ensure the security and proper functioning of the company’s systems.
- Assist with backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Work closely with the IT department or vendors for advanced troubleshooting and projects.
