IT Technician

**Job Vacancy: IT Technician**

**Location: Jakarta**

**Salary: IDR 3mil to 4.5 mil per month**

**Positions Available: 50 vacancy available**
- Properly handle IT products for assigned tasks at all times.
- Ensure that the quantity, content, and specifications of IT products match the documentation.
- Maintain safety at work and proper handling of IT products while performing tasks.
- Update task progress information accurately and report on tasks in the system.
- Identify and understand the basic roles and functions of network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points (APs).
- Provide console access to devices and work with remote engineers via telephonic bridges and screen-sharing software.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma in Computer Science, Hardware, or a related field.
- Open for someone with min 1 year experience in IT also open IT fresh graduate
- Ability to communicate in simple English.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting, configuration, and installation of software.
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a relevant position.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with diverse computer systems and networks.
- Understanding of network devices and their basic functions.
