Accounts Admin Assistant

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support, including preparation of delivery orders, invoices and petty cash form
- Source office supplies and equipment at competitive prices.
- Monitor online e-commerce orders and assist with packing and shipping goods.
- Answer all incoming calls
- Perform any other ad-hoc task upon request
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Preferably with SME working experience
- Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Willing to learn, responsible and positive working attitude
