**What will you do**:

- Solve geological problems creatively through integration of appropriate subsurface data to find best future pathway/outcomes.
- Make robust predictions under subsurface uncertainty and benchmark results to appropriate range of outcomes.
- Communicate risk-reward-uncertainty and provide recommendations to allow timely decision making
- Work effectively within and across diverse multi-discipline team environments.

**About you**:
**Skills and qualifications**
- Master’s degree (minimum) in Geoscience (Geology or/and Geophysics) with minimum GPA of 3.5 and less than 5 years of industry experience
- Appropriate experiences and skills in subsurface mapping, geophysical analysis, log analysis, stratigraphy, and structural geology.
- Experience in Development & Production geoscience, geologic model building, quantitative seismic interpretation, carbonate stratigraphy, and drilling/operations is highly beneficial
- Appropriate hands-on experience in using key geoscience software suites such as Petrel
- Able to adapt, learn new skills, and work effectively in group settings
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience in Development & Production geoscience, geologic model building, quantitative seismic interpretation, carbonate stratigraphy, and drilling/operations is highly beneficial.
- Appropriate hands-on experience in using key geoscience software suites such as Petrel.
