**INTRODUCTION**:

We are seeking for experienced fixed plant equipment Boilermaker to join our team at Metso Surabaya Service Center.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Ensure all safety inductions and safety procedures have been completed before performing any task.
Comply with with Metso Modus Operandi, Standards and Life Saving Rules.
Safe work discipline and maintain 5S.
Speak up to improve safety.
Mark fabrication and structural shape out/die according to specifications.
After the dressing is finished, prepare the material for bending, drilling or machining.
Assemble and weld parts according to technical engineering drawings and route sheets.
Perform suitable welding to carry out the work.
Repair, replacement, modification and fabrication using appropriate welding tools and techniques.
Operate hand tools and power tools that are suitable for the job.
Draw and interpret sketches and drawings according to the work.
Disassemble, replace and assemble engineering components during general fabrication parts activities.
Perform quality inspection with good quality and make visual and dimensional reports before verification by QC inspector.
Coordinate with Workshop Leading Hand to ensure all works done safely, conform to Metso standards and OEM quality and within timeline.
Coordinate and communicate with team in ensuring work quality and work progress.
Operate forklift and overhead cranes when necessary to move and load equipment/materials.
Other tasks as required in the workshop.
WHO YOU ARE
Essentials
Boilermaker certificate minimum 4G position with SMAW, FCAW, GMAW and GTAW process.
Minimum 5 years experience as Boilermaker.
Workshop experience working on OEM equipment.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, technical drawings and procedure manuals.
Ability to write regular reports and correspondence.
Ability to work in a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Work with safety and quality first.
Desirable
Have basic mechanical and basic machining knowledge (a plus).
Have exposure to fixed plant equipment maintenance mechanical work.
