IT Technician

Qualification:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in IT Technician, Technical Support, or similar position.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Having experience in routing and switching technology
- Having experience in wireless technology (signal interference, channels and frequency)
- Having experience managing hundreds of network switch devices and Access Point.
- Having a H3CNE, CCNA or MTCNA certification is an advantage.
- Having a good attitude, high sense of responsibility, detail and well organized
- Excellent communication, good analytical and problem-solving skills

**Job Description**:

- Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting overall IT:( Desktop, Application and System, Meeting and Conference devices, Video Surveillance System, Weak-Current System, Network and Infrastructure )
- Responsible for implementing ITSM rules and procedures to achieve the SLA.
- Ensuring all network infrastructure runs within the agreed SLA.
- Perform installation and configuration Router, Firewall, Switch Managed, Wireless Controller, and Access Point.
- Perform regular backup and documentation for network configuration changes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot network and related IT problems.
- Recommend process improvements to ensure IT reliability, scalability, security, integrity, and performance.
- Ensuring the IT Projects are running properly as planned, budget, and timeline
- Managing stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services
