- Work closely with architect, structure engineer, project and consultant team
- Provide technical advice and ensure all systems comply with building and safety codes
- Identify and resolve any MEP-related issues or challenges that arise during project execution
- Prepare and review MEP-related documentation, including technical specifications, shop drawings, and progress reports
- Ensure the effective utilisation of resources, materials, and equipment within the MEP section
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior MEP role, preferably in the property/ construction industry
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate and lead a team
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality MEP projects on time and within budget
