Bertanggung jawab dalam monitoring, controlling dan improvement terhadap kondisi infrastructure seperti:
1.) Membantu masalah teknis, memantau aktivitas SERVER dan mengaudit sistem dan kebijakan keamanan
2.) Mengelola server yang dirancang dalam berbagai jenis sistem operasi dan bahasa pemrograman
3.) Membantu end-user seperti klien, karyawan, dan manajemen mengoperasikan sistem di dalam server
4.) Membuat dan mengelola akun pengguna dan izin akses, memastikan bahwa pengguna memiliki akses ke sumber daya yang mereka perlukan sekaligus melindungi data sensitif
5.) Melakukan pencadangan (BACKUP) secara rutin dan bersiap untuk memulihkan (RECOVERY) data jika terjadi kegagalan sistem atau gangguan lainnya
6.) Memantau aktivitas jaringan untuk mengetahui ancaman keamanan, perilaku mencurigakan, atau masalah lainnya.(CYBERSECURITY)
7.) Mengelola dokumentasi tentang konfigurasi dan proses server untuk memudahkan tim memecahkan masalah
8.) Mengantisipasi kebutuhan di masa depan dan membuat rekomendasi untuk peningkatan performa di masa depan
- Pendidikan mínimal S1 jurusan Teknik Informatika atau Teknik Komputer
- Diutamakan berpengalaman mínimal 2 tahun di bidang infrastructure
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengelolaan server serta proses pencadangan dan pemulihan data
- Mengetahui sistem IT Security dan dokumentasi konfigurasi
- Memiliki komunikasi dan kerja sama yang baik
- Jujur dan berintegritas
