**Duties**:
Perform full journeyman level in painting trades. Perform duties involved in surface preparation, coating, painting, finishing and refurbishing all exposed surface of building, structure and furniture of various government held properties (out of wood, steel, plastic, or other kind of material).

The jobholder has to understand the aspects of different jobs and has to learn how to fulfill and complete various job requirement in accordance based on the basic function.

**Qualifications and Evaluations**:

- Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Three years direct experience in maintenance, repair and construction of painting type of work.

JOB KNOWLEDGE: The jobholder has to know standard USG rules and regulations. The job holder has to know some local sources of the material and product, local cultures, customs and attitudes in each regions. The job holder has to possess an advance knowledge in painting and must be enthusiastic to learn new technology. The jobholder has to understand the aspects of different jobs and has to learn how to fulfill and complete various job requirement in accordance.

Minimum High School Diploma
- Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Limited knowledge in English and Good working knowledge in Bahasa Indonesia. This will be tested.
