We are Indonesia's Top Transportation Management System with IoT Integration which services have been used by hundreds of logistics and supply chain companies such as Alfamidi, Anteraja, MGM Bosco, JNT, JNE, and others.
Uraian Pekerjaan
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll process
- Monitoring employee development system through training, job analysis, job evaluation and job value mapping.
- Ensure that administrative records and employee documentation are updated (PKWT, Mutation, Demotion, Promotion, Counselling, Warning Letter, etc.).
- Develop, optimize and regulate company regulations.
- Control and responsible for matters related to labor and law (industrial Relations, Licensing, BPJS, Labour Law, etc.).
- As company representatives for Union and External communication.
- Audit KPI or OKR, Government Audit/Inspection.
- Legal Documentation Process.
- Assist on the HR business partnering initiative i.e., HR Dashboard.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Economy, Human Resource Management or Law
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as HR Manager
- Familiar with employment laws and regulations (industrial relations, licensing, BPJS, Labour Law, etc.).
- Experience at training and development, performance appraisals and employee evaluation (OKR, KPI, etc.)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Committed to delivering a high level of service, both internally and externally
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
