**About the role**:
Work Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Reporting To: Senior R&D Manager

In this role, you will be a key player to support day-to-day operations of RDA Lab while providing support for RD&A core technologies and to perform routine analysis on raw materials, semi-finished/finished products as well as market samples.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Conduct sensory test to internal panel.
- Evaluate the result based on data analysis.
- Perform calibration and basic maintenance of lab instruments.
- Prepare reagents, stock solutions, calibration standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting projects and method development when required.
- Ensure that good lab practices are followed.
- Maintain good housekeeping, lab tidiness and safety.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Minimum Diploma in Chemistry/Food Science related is preferred
- Meticulous, well-organized and has a positive working attitude.
- Willing to learn and passion for analytical lab work.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Self-driven and highly self-disciplined.
