**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Menyusun rancangan penyampaian training yang meliputi metode, strategi dan tekniknya
- mengevaluasi training yang sudah dilaksanakan
- Melakukan administrasi training yang sudah dilakukan, program, analisa dan evaluasi
- Memberikan training dan standard operating procedure untuk seluruh departemen operasional
- Paham tentang TNA dan dapat Menyusun materi training
- Memiliki kemampuan berbicara di depan umum
- Dapat membuat program assesment dari level crew hingga level managemen

**JOB RECRUITMENT**
- Laki-laki/Perempuan, Max. usia 28 tahun
- Status : Lajang/Menikah
- Pendidikan Min. D3 lebih disukai jurusan Psikologi
- Pengalaman sebagai Trainer Staff mínimal 1 Tahun di perusahaan F&B
- Menguasai MS.Office (Word, Excel, dan Power Point)
- Rajin, ulet, teliti, mandiir, Tangguh, tidak mudah menyerah dan siap bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Bersedia bekerja di hari libur
- Bersedia bekerja didalam dan luar kota
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak

Kemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:

- Yogyakarta: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)
