We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Manager Data Centre Service Resilience Enablement**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement strategies to ensure high availability and resilience of data center services.
- Coordinate and manage DR drills / DC Lost recovery to test the effectiveness of the recovery plans.
- Ensure that backup systems and procedures are in place and functioning properly
- Ensure that all data center operations comply with industry standards and regulations. Maintain detailed documentation of resilience and recovery plans, procedures, and incident reports.
- Identify potential risks to data center operations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Regularly review and update resilience and recovery strategies to keep align with global standard
Qualifications

**Hard Skills**
- Expertise in Disaster recovery Planning and implementation
- Good knowledge in Failover strategies and Incident response management.
- Good knowledge in Service continuity tools.
- Good knowledge in DC resilience Risk assessment (identifying and evaluating risks to the datacenters resilience)
- Knowledge in Datacenter Power ,Cooling systems, Rack and cabling management
- Knowledge in Monitoring and alerting systems like BMC Patrol, xMatters, Control-M is preferred.
- Some project management experience is an advantage.

**Soft Skills**
- ** G**ood command of both written and spoken English
- A proactive personality with self-motivation. Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skill
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
- Good in documentation and administration filing
- Responsible, Smart Working and willing to work outside 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. including weekend and holiday when needed, willing to travel if demanded.
- Focus and capable deliver High Quality results.
- Capable working in group or individual

**Qualification and Experience Requirement**:

- Indonesia Citizen only
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Database fields.
- Datacenter or other technology certification is preferred but not mandatory.
