Job Description
- Implement and maintain QMS requirements at project sites.
- Assist QC Section Head establishes the Quality Standards to comply with DPG Standards (compliance to requirements, Showunits, Approved Sample Materials and Mock-up Units to meet Buyers’ expectations)
- Review all approved quality documents. These include material approvals, method statements, ITP, test results, etc.
- Conduct Quality Inspection, test process and checklist Hand Over at project for compliance to the established DPG Quality Standards.
- Sharing of good practices and highlighting of areas of concerns at Project Sites based on inspection/ checklist findings.
- Raise Non-Conformance Records on unacceptable works and defects and assist to prepare the Weekly Non-Conformance Reports.
- Assist to prepare the Weekly and Monthly QA/QC reports identifying quality issues and overdue defects.
- Assist QC section Head to Conduct training on QA/QC System for CM Team
- Assist QC Section Head to Conduct training on DM&H implementation System Project Team
- Requirements
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a quality control or assurance role within the construction industry
- Understanding Quality Management System for construction
- Good analytical, communication and coordination skills
- Understand process non-conformance
- Able to compile reports periodically
- Able to use Microsoft software and measurement equipment
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality
- Willing to work at site
