**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workforce Management Analyst at PT. INFOMEDIA NUSANTARA in Yogyakarta/ Semarang. The Workforce Management Analyst will be responsible for tasks related to analytical workforce management, communication, WFM system utilization, and workforce planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Analytical Skills, Workforce Management, and Workforce Planning
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with WFM system
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of workforce forecasting and scheduling methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
