**Art Instructor** will educate their students about art creation, art history, as well as art theory. Most art teachers are practicing artists themselves who teach from a passion for what they do and a desire to share it with their students.

**Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab**:

- Mengajar di kelas-kelas Ganara Art sesuai modul/topik dan jadwal.
- Membuat bahan ajar dan kurikulum bersama tim.
- Mengumpulkan, mendokumentasikan, melaporkan data terkait kelas/program, membantu koordinasi dalam memonitor dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kelas/kegiatan.
- Memberi masukan dan pemikiran teknis terkait pelaksanaan teknis pengajaran dan program sesuai tren terkini.
- Berkoordinasi dengan pihak sekolah maupun lembaga lain yang sedang bekerja sama dengan Ganara Art.
- Berkoordinasi dan berkomunikasi secara aktif dan berkala dalam tim tentang perkembangan program/kelas.
- Membuat laporan rutin kelas/divisi sesuai format yang ditentukan kepada Supervisor.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Have an excellent communication skills
- Have a background in art, design or arts education
- Has a minimum of 2 years experience in teaching art to various age groups (kids to adult)
- Mastering visual art techniques, especially sketching and painting (acrylic and watercolor)
- Willing to learn and teach various art techniques
- A customer oriented person and a team player
- Willing to be placed in all areas of Jakarta and willing to work on weekends
- Having skills in pottery is a plus
- Having facilitation skills and being able to teach participants in large groups is a plus
