**Job brief**:
Field Credit Survey Specialist will responsible for keeping our business quality by checking customer credit with Analyst.
You will visit customers' houses in order to make sure a credit of our potential customers.
You will work in cross-functional teams and everyone is encouraged to speak their mind, propose ideas, influence others, and continuously grow themselves.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect documents from applicants for credit check
- Visit customers' houses in order to make sure reputation
- Support customer repayment in order to build good customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Strong sympathy for the company mission
- Strong commitment to results, growth orientation and responsibility
- English is must, but advance level is enough
- More than 1 year experience as surveyor in consumer loan
- More than 1 year experience in financial industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,500,000 per month
