Finishing and Inspection Manager

**JOB CONTENT**
- Supervise a team of +- 80 employees, allocate workload.
- Actively work on energy savings.
- Control Planning and organize production schedule (Finishing and Final Inspection).
- Oversee Production Process.
- Control and Coordination with purchasing for material or sparepart needs.
- Develop work instructions and procedures and ensure implementation.
- Leading trouble shooting in production.
- Ensure implementation of the Preventive Maintenance Program.
- Control availability of the Supporting Material (Chemical and Packing Accessories).
- Control Production Cost (Quality cost, Energy, Personnel, chemical and spare part).
- Ensure all Safety Protocols are in place, implemented, complied with, and work actively to improve safety.
- Ensure the team is skill full & well trained.
- Implementation of 5S, and Keizen Improvement Projects.
- Set Up Budget Plan.
- Responsible for monthly and daily reporting to the Operations Manager.

**PROFILE**
- 35 - 40 Years old
- Years Experience leading a team: minimum 5 years
- Experience in Manufacturing industry, preferably in an international company, in the field of finishing or chemistry
- Education: Minimum Bachelor degree, preferable Bachelor/Master Textile Chemical engineer.
- Preferable located in Purwakarta or willing to relocate to Purwakarta
- Possess high ethical standards

**COMPETENCIES & SKILLS**
- Good knowledge of Lean Problem-Solving Tools.
- Expert in MS Office ( MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Power Point).
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Good understanding on mechanical principles.
- Having chemistry knowledge is an advantage.
- Soft skills: Interpersonal Skill, People management Skill, Managerial Skills, Project Management Skills.
- Able to work with a diverse group of people.
- Flexible & Agile
- No 8 to 5 mentality, flexible towards working hours.
- Someone with the mentality that “we” is more important than “me”. Team Player.
- Jack of All Trades &Hands On
