Telesales Agent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct sales calls by reaching out to potential customers over the phone
- Professionally and persuasively offer company products or services
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and provide constructive feedback
- Provide wine product recommendations tailored to customer needs
- Offer administrative support for sales and marketing activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English Literature, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in telesales or marketing is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Indonesian Citizenship - Based in Bali only.
