- Conduct manual keyword taggings to train and improve Chatbot ability to understand users’ conversation.
- Review and refine chatbot conversations through bad cases tagging and propose improvement for linguistic accuracy.
- Configure and maintain Chatbot backend.
- Participate in product testing, gather feedback, and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree from any major.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience.
- Background in copywriting is a plus.
- Good english communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good team player with a positive attitude.
