Medspa Trainer

A beauty treatment company based in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic MedSpa Trainer **(Full-time)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing opinions, analysis, guiding and advising clients on the best treatments to suit their needs
- Ability to perform the Cryoskin treatment such as slimming/toning, cellulite and facial treatments
- Responsible for evaluating, creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources
- Training of Cryo Treatments will be given at the beginning and will be expected to be able to give a training/tutorial to the therapist
- Conduct employee surveys and interviews
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- Communicate training needs and online resources
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
**Requirements**:

- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven work experienced as a Nurse / Beauty Technician /Trainer similar position and having additional certification in nursing aesthetic is a plus
- **Open for Jakarta based / willing to relocate to Jakarta**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Comfortable and capable of explaining science, technology and body process in English
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise professional attitude, manner and appearance
- Reporting/Excel/Words skills

**Experience**:

- Nurse / Beauty Technician /Spa Trainer: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
License/Certification:

- nursing aesthetic certification (preferred)
