Koordinasi dengan sales atau front officer FTL untuk meminta invoice konsumen dan bukti pembayaran DP (jika ada).

Filing dokumen

Melakukan pengiriman berkas asli ke Head Office setiap hari Senin melalui ekspedisi.

Koordinasi dengan tim Unsecured atau Operation terkait angsuran

Melakukan WA reminder ke konsumen yang pastdue/ membantu mengingatkan konsumen secara onsite ketika konsumen datang latihan.

Eskalasi issue yang terjadi di lapangan.
Mahasiswa S1 segala jurusan yang sudah tamat belajar atau sedang menunggu wisuda

Bersedia magang selama 4-6 bulan

Bersedia bekerja pada jam 13.00 - 21.00 setiap senin sampai Jumat

Domisili berada di sekitar cabang FTL Gym (Bekasi, Galaxy, Ciputat, Gandaria, Rawamangun, Pondok Gede, Pondok bambu, Cirendeu, Green Garden)

Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (poin plus)
