- System skills: Computer Skills, Design tools like ESRI ArcGIS, CRM Tools, Automatic Workflow Tools, Google Earth, Auto CAD, Micro Station, Site Survey Tools.
- Design skills FTTH: Design Rules, Materials, Test Tools and Equipment, FTTH Standard.
- Engineering skills: Optimizing FTTH Design, FMIS, Route Selection, BOQ; Functions in an engineer or technical specialist capacity under general supervision. Performs all aspects of conventional outside plant (OSP) design engineering and analysis.
