- Develop and implement systems & tools used by Sinar Mas Land Customer Care
- Up to date with developments in technology trends and best practice systems used in the Contact Center industry
- Conduct training/socialization on the use of systems & tools to all Front Liners
- Evaluate & monitor the performance of all systems & tools used in Customer Care
**Job Qualifications**:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management/Information Systems/Computer Science/Information Engineering major
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of Customer Relationship or implementing Contact Center/Telephony Systems
- Effective communication skills
- Problem solving ability
- Programming/web developer/machine learning skills
- Data analytics capabilities
- Willing to be placed in BSD City
