**TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB**
- Memastikan Operasional alat dan peralatan utilitas gedung dalam keadaan baik dan layak digunakan sesuai perijinan pemerintah.
- Memastikan semua staff Engineering melaksanakan tugas & tanggung jawab.
- Melaksanakan pengelolaan utilitas system peralatan gedung, operational & maintenance untuk dikondisikan siap pakai dan terpelihara baik, sesuai jangka waktu kelayakan pakai peralatan yang mempunyai ketentuan.
- Memastikan kondisi bangunan gedung secara struktur, arsituktur masih layak digunakan berdasarkan analisa teknis.
- Berperan aktif dalam menjalankan program keadaan daruratyang telah dibuat oleh management dan ataupun disusun oleh tim safety dan dipastikan peralatan emergency layak pakai.
- Mengikuti program top management, sesuai dengan keahlian.
- Berperan aktif dengan penanggung jawab outlet, bila diperlukan dalam permasalahan teknik.
- Menjalankan fungsi kontrol dan pengendalian terhadap anggaran yang telah ditetapkan oleh Management
- Membuat laporan pekerjaan bulanan untuk dilaporkan ke Manager GA & PROJECT
- Membuat program pekerjaan bulanan, diluar schedule preventive maintenance tahunan dan hal - hal lain bila ditemukan pekerjaan teknis yang dianggap urgent, bertujuan menigkatkan pekerjaan teknis atau system yang lebih baik & efisian.
- Melaksanakan program saving energy untuk pengelolaan gedung yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan lapangan.
- Memonitor pemakaian perhitungan listrik PLN, PAM, Deep Well & pembelian air mobil tanki (bila ada/bila diperlukan dalam siatuasi urgent) tiap bulannya.
- Memberikan motivasi kepada seluruh staff Engineering dengan mengadakan rapat routine bulanan atau rapat khusus bila diperlukan.

**KUALIFIKASI**
- Memiliki Integritas
- Pendidikan mínimal S1 jurusan Teknik Sipil/Mekanikal/Electrical
- Pengalaman kerja mínimal 7 tahun, di high-rise building, resto, rumah sakit, hotel lebih diutamakan.
- Menguasai dan bisa memberikan problem solving terkait dengan permasalahan yang timbul di hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing dan Civil Engineering
- Menguasai Ms Office, AutoCad dan Aplikasi software yang relate dengan bidang Engineering
- Paham dan menguasai mekanisme perijinan fasilitas/ asset gedung.
- Mempunyai hubungan atau jaringan yang luas dengan pihak eksternal, terutama Instansi Pemerintahan
- Melakukan supervisi dan training internal kepada staff khusus maintenance sarana-sarana operasional gedung, termasuk user dalam SOP yang benar dalam pemakaian peralatan dan proses perawatan/pemeliharaannya
- Bekerja dengan struktur yang rapi, terbiasa dengan sebuah laporan
- Mempunyai jiwa kepemimpinan dan disiplin
- Bersedia Over Time, dan bila ada panggilan darurat, bila diperlukan bersedia untuk datang ke site/outlet yang bermasalah dalam hal MEP&C (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Civil).
- Komunikatif, aktif, tegas, dan asertif.
- Memiliki kemampuan membuat SOP dan IK
