- Demonstrate a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and handling basic administrative tasks.
- Exhibit a commitment to hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction with every interaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Answer guest inquiries, provide information, and address any concerns or special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, room availability, and billing details.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Ensure all safety and service protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk area.
