Job Responsibilities:
Live Stream Planning and Execution
- Plan Live Stream Content: Design engaging live stream themes and content based on market trends and user needs.
- Organize Live Stream Events: Coordinate live stream schedules, venues, equipment, and personnel to ensure smooth execution of each session.
- Monitor Live Stream Process: Oversee the live stream in real-time, ensuring the content aligns with company standards and addressing any issues promptly.

Team Management
- Training and Guidance: Train new employees, improve the overall professional level of the team, and guide team members in enhancing their live streaming skills.
- Motivation and Evaluation: Develop incentive mechanisms to encourage team members, conduct performance assessments, and provide feedback.

Data Analysis and Optimization
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather live stream data and analyze key metrics such as viewership, engagement, and sales conversion rates.
- Optimize Live Stream Strategy: Adjust content and strategies based on data analysis to enhance the effectiveness of the live streams and improve user satisfaction.

- Min. 2 years experience as a Host Supervisor / Leader in live streaming operations specially on TikTok, with a track record of successful broadcasts
- In-depth understanding of the specific product category (Furniture / Home Living), including the ability to present and explain products effectively to the audience.
- Strong sense of teamwork, able to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and technical teams to achieve overall business goals.
- Willing to be located in Damoci (Daan Mogot City) Jakarta Barat
