Monitor SLA, OLA, and achievement closely with related stakeholders and vendors
Manage cataloque and SLA parameter in Helpdesk system.
Provice data and report to related stakeholders in scope of ITTM systems and services.
Understanding the contract or agreement between IT and related vendor, especially in Service Level Agreement (SLA) section.
Monitor governance, product and service performance, and changes within ITTM.
Appropriate data, analysis, and recommend feedback to Head of ITTM.
Support related stakeholders for Technical Instruction (JukNis).
Min. 3 years experience in IT environment.
Have a good experience on Management Information System, Management Reporting, or Data/Business Analytics.
Certified in Business Analytic is preffered
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business, Management or other related fields (or Diploma with min. 5 years working experience)
