We are looking for an Ads Performance Marketing Analyst (TikTok) to join our growing team As an Ads Performance Marketing Analyst (TikTok), you will play a vital role in driving online sales and optimizing advertising campaigns. Your responsibilities involve managing and analyzing digital advertising efforts to maximize visibility, attract customers, and ultimately boost revenue.
Job Role:
- TikTok Advertising Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic advertising plan.
Campaign Management: Create, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on TikTok, ensuring they align with the brand's goals and budget.
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing search terms and phrases for optimization.
- Ad Creative: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, including product images, copy, and videos.
- Bid Management: Set and adjust bidding strategies to maximize ad visibility while maintaining a cost-efficient advertising spend.
- Budget Allocation: Allocate advertising budgets effectively across various campaigns, products, and TikTok to maximize ROI.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall sales.
- Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitors' TikTok advertising strategies to identify opportunities and stay competitive.
- Product Listing Optimization: Collaborate with product teams to ensure that product listings are optimized for search and conversion on TikTok platforms.
- Marketplace SEO: Implement and manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve product visibility within TikTok's search results.
- Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to improve advertising performance.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on advertising campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or a related field from a reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00/4.00
- Experience: Min. 1 year of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce, with a focus on TikTok advertising, is highly valuable.
- TikTok Proficiency: Familiarity with TikTok platforms and their advertising tools and interfaces.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel) to assess campaign performance.
- Advertising Tools: Knowledge of advertising tools.
- Budget Management: Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI.
- Digital Marketing Trends: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, TikTok algorithms, and industry best practices.
