This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for a HRGA (GA Specialist) Staff at PT Wira Internasional Teknologi.
- The HRGA (GA Specialist) Staff will be responsible for handling and managing office administration, managing office supplies, maintaining office facilities, and managing office documents.
- The HRGA (GA Specialist) Staff will also be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the office.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 1+ years of relevant experience in office administration or general affairs
- Knowledge of office management procedures and management of office documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Responsible for Procurement of Goods, building maintenance and responsible for company assets
- Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
