Head Barista

Job Description:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages following established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages by monitoring coffee beans freshness, grind extraction, and milk frothing techniques
- Supervise and train cafe staff including baristas and waiter, to maintain high-quality menu and excellent customer service
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking order, and addressing customer concerns
- Collaborate with management to develop and update the beverage menu, including seasonal specials
- Monitor coffee beans and supplies inventory
- Oversee the maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and hygiene regulations

**Requirements**:

- Have an experience in similar position for minimum 2 years
- Have exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is friendly, attentive, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Have a leadership qualities to manage the team effectively and ensure smooth operations
- In-depth knowledge of coffee
- Have good time management. Efficiently managing orders during busy times
- Good problem-solver. We are looking for someone who is quick thinker to resolve issues like equipment malfunctions or customer complaints
- A genuine passion for coffee and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends

**Salary**: Rp2,700,000 - Rp3,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (required)
