Ppic Executive

Job description:
a. Prepare production schedule to optimize machine capacity, minimize downtime, improve efficiency & reduce wastage

b. Production plan shall meet customer delivery requirement & work towards JIT system

c. Set production daily target & monitoring output vs schedule d. Maintain an optimized stock level of finished goods

d. Optimize holding stock for raw material (towards JIT)

e. Plan material requirement according to production schedule, avoid production downtime through proper scheduling

f. Monitor on production usage vs BOM

g. BOM - setup new BOM, update and revision of BOM

h. MRP - Effective usage of system to carry out Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

i. CRP - Effective usage of system to do Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP)

j. Preparation of monthly report which including machine utilization, machine/tooling downtime, Production efficiency, material status summary

Qualification:
1. Diploma/Bachelor Degree in related field

2. Min. 1 years working experience in material, production planning & control but fresh graduate will be considered

3. Computer skill (Microsoft Office) is required

4. Experience in hands-on ERP system is an added advantage
