Persyaratan
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable University
- Open Male or Female
- Max Age: 50 years old
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HRGA and minimum 3 years as GM HRGA position
- Background coal mining and or palm plantation
- Competent in HRGA strategy
- Direct report to HRGA Director
- Good communication in English

Tanggung Jawab
- Responsible to oversee daily HRGA Operation, maintain budget and optimize expense
- Ensuring employee work productivity and develops professionally
- Oversee recruitment, training, evaluate, improve operational and performance employee
- Directing the employee appraisal process
- Prepare period reports for upper management, ensure staff follow health and safety regulation
- Handle provide solution to employee issues
- Implement human resources and GA strategies and stabilizing department accountabilities including talent management, staffing, employment processing, compensation & benefit, record management, succession planning, employee relation and retention and labor relation
- Support management by providing human resources and GA advice, counselling, analyses information for decision making process
- Complies government requirements, anticipating legislation, advising management and need actions
- Handle various risk related with HRGA and environment, coordinate with other department head
