**About the Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Edit video footage to create engaging and impactful narratives, ensuring alignment with the creative brief and client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, art directors, and other team members throughout the production process.
- Perform post-production tasks, including color correction, audio mixing, sound design, and adding special effects.
- Work with various video formats and resolutions, optimizing content for different platforms (e.g., social media, broadcast, web).
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video editing.
- Manage project timelines and deadlines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to identify and resolve any technical issues or errors.
- Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute innovative ideas to enhance video content.
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to established workflows.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills and a strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and composition.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
